new developments

First is my job at Tony Roma's. I'm working all kinds of shifts, sometimes even doubles, and not making the kind of money I hoped to make. Management is playing it safe and only allowing servers to have 2 table sections. Hopefully soon they'll up it to three or four. Other than that, the job is pretty much ok. We are really busy all the time. To be honest, I am just getting tired of waiting tables. I don't know how my mom did it for 16 years.

I also have a new boyfriend. It was official yesterday and we've been dating for a little over a week. The lady I live with set us up. She picked a really good guy. His name is Bernie, he's 26, he has a degree in atmospheric sciences (meteorolgy), and he works at the National Weather Service. He also has his own house. So far things are going really well (I'd hope so after only a week) and it feels good to be in a new relationship. I'm even taking him to both of my Thanksgiving dinners since all of his family is back in North Dakota. When I get a picture of him, I'll try to post it.

I just recently discovered that Itunes has a huge section of online radio stations. This is an exciting development in my world...all I do now is listen to Virgin Radio UK.

Congrats to Heather on her new smile and congrats to Kristen and for her new car!
