I hate thinking of titles

I finally changed the time zone on this so it doesn't say I'm posting 7 hours later than it actually is. Voting time is coming up...is everyone ready and registered? I'm registered in Missoula and sent for an absentee ballot while I was in London. Now it's too late to change everything so Amanda does not get to vote this time around. I'm not so worried about the presidential election seeing as how Montana'a four big electoral votes will no doubt go to Bush, but I did want to vote in the state and local elections. I feel like a slacker citizen but at least I voted in the primary. My grandma (Mary Lou)and I had the political discussion last night while I was cleaning her house. Not a very productive conversation as she is a Jeahova's Witness and doesn't vote at all. Most of our conversations end in some sort of fundamental disagreement, though we never get mad at each other. She's a cool lady and I have fun talking to her.

My mom and Kirk sold their house in Riverview last month and were living in one of their rentals for awhile. Now they moved into a hotel and are looking for another house to buy. I didn't think my mother wanted to create any more financial entanglements with him, but she says he's imporved greatly and their relationship is also improving. I hope she's right.

I'm still waiting for all my loan money to be refunded my the university. Someone please tell me why it takes four to six weeks for money to be ready and wired to my bank account??? It's frustrating because I just passed the date when I could sent them back and not pay any origination fees or interest. Just yesterday I got my first interest statement on my unsubsidized loan at $40 for the first month. That doesn't include my even bigger private loan. I guess I shouldn't complain--most people have debt from undergraduate degrees and I was lucky to not have any.

I am very much a democrat and all my old customers seems to be republicans. It's not very much fun debating with a 70 year old! I'm sorry you can't vote. I am excited to vote this year. I already voted in the primary here in WA. Very exciting!
