Good news/bad news
I found out yesterday that by some miracle I will be getting my $1800 deposit back. I also decided to just suck it up and deal with my 3 huge suitcases on the plane (they weight about 65 lbs each) and pay the excess baggage fare of $154 instead of shipping two home for $400. All of this means less time in Great Falls! I bought my plane ticket for Sunday and will be flying in at 10:30 PM.
All things are not well however...apparently miss Marlena got a restraing order against Tad. The very next day she brought him to her house and Kirk saw him going in. My mom called the cops because of the restraining order and Tad got hauled off to jail. I have not heard from Marlena at all in a few days, but it sounds like they're back together. Now I'm worried about her and Dade. On top of it all, my mom sounds determined to kick Marlena out of the rental because the neighbors (both houses are on the same lot) are scared shitless of Tad and his drunken tantrums. I can't blame them...Tad can be really scary. He almost got himself, Marlena, two friends, and myself arrested and/or killed on the highway before I left. So needless to say, Amanda must find somewhere else to live. I don't want to get an apartment because I'm not going to be in Great Falls long enought to sign a lease (hoping). So, my mom has a few ideas she's working on. If it comes down to it, I could always live with my dad and grandma for free. But I'd rather avoid that if possible. Some of you know how strange my dad is.
