if, when you sign into blogger and start creating a new post, you click on the tab that says "use HTML," you can get the photo appear by typing in the following:
< img src="the address of whatever photo you have">< /img > But without the spaces that I put where the brackets are. (Just did that so it would show up for you here.)
oh, and so when you type in that code, your picture will appear in the post. I'm sure that was clear, but you know... just making sure.
